What make a great RPG? The graphics? The storyline? The ability to tell a story without letting you go? This game is all about Chrono Trigger. Chrono Trigger is a very DEEP game. From day one, just going to the Millenium Fair to saving the world from a parasite that is set on destroying the entire world in the year 1999 A.D. Chrono Trigger shows us that the storyline in an RPG is just as important as anything else in the game. You never get lost in ALL the sidestories. As you go along picking up new party members you find out about their past, or their present, while traveling through time gates. These time gates hold the power of stopping your ultimate foe. Lavos. Only after about 20 hours of straight forward gameplay you're free to do WHATEVER YOU WANT. You can change history, time, people, and almost anything you want. You will lose members of your party every so often, even some permenently, but usually get them right back so that you can enjoy their personalitys once more. Hidden under all of this is a love story between the two main characters. This game is truley a GEM of the gaming world.
