Lets be honest here, the last couple Fight Night's showed a un-nerving trend - boxing games where at as much a decline as the actual sport. After playing this, i can safely say that this is by far the best, not just in the series, but best boxing sim EVER! They brought back the left trigger for sway/ body punches, added a power punch modifier button and also upped the speed of your punches and the impact they have on your opponent.

On top of all these great improvements, they have a new mode called "Champion" where you fight as a made-up boxer and play out his career, with all the boxing ups and downs. The big draw here is BARE-KNUCKLE prison fights. I have always thought the best thing they could do to a boxing game would be to put a bare-knuckle variant mode in it, and man was i right! While it's not it's own mode (which is kind of disappointing), the bare-knuckle fights that are in champion mode are amazing. Very brutal and in-your-face non-stop action!

Finally!!! Fight Night is back baby!!!!!
