With the game of football (soccer to the Americans) coming up to the biggest event in the sports calendar, the world cup is unpatiently anticipated across the world. So when it comes to a world cup simulation game, you want to feel the world cup in all its glory. This years installment by EA is very good. Previously on the psp the FIFA games have been good but a little lacking I feel. This time around its amazing. When I play this game I really feel the essence of the World cup even though its only a simulation game. But where I say "only a simulation game I feel i'm not explaining the game correctly". 2006 FIFA World cup has loads of amazing features. These including a great career in which you adapt the role of one of the teams participating in this quad-years World Cup. You go through the preliminary stages and the final stages, leading you selected country to glory!!! However, pushed away from the World cup you can participate in Global Challenge. This lets you jump into past international games and change the face of the game, this is a great adition as you adapt the role of a country and play in a certain continent. This is a great feature. Another great feature is online play. You can do AD HOC mode of the game as you can link up with your m8s and have a great battle of countries fighting for no only pride but respect from your m8s. Also you can link up on through INFRASTRUCTURE Mode and play against people across the globe. This is a great feature as you feel ultimate profit and loss from beating a national team with a person adapting as that team and either beating them or losing terribly.

However, even though I feel that this game is amazing, I do feel some drawback from the great-nest of this game. I feel the graphics do let the game down, even though the graphics are much improved from its predecessor. I hope that this review will help you decide that this game is a worthy but and hope you enjoy the 2006 World Cup being held in Germany. Come On England lol!!!!!!!!
