Very Very Mixed Feelings
Be a goalkeeper sounded like a great idea, I couldn't wait to try it but in reality it is rubbish, on amature and semi-pro I found myself having little or nothing to do cept sit back and watch my team win so it was difficult to get my match rating up (In fact it gradully falls over time when you stand about doing nothin). So I stepped it up to pro and found myself doing much more work, good for a few minutes untill I learned that a keeper gets punsihed WAY to harshly even when its not his fault: IE, I made a great save, ball fell to my defender and he gave it away and the other team scored, was impossible for me to save but my rating fell from 8.1 right down to 6.5 near the end of the match, and even though my team were already 3 up and I made 4-5 good saves I still finished with a bad match rating.
It is also frustrating when it comes to fouls, I make what looks like a good tackle (commentater even remarks it was good sometimes) but still give away a foul, the cpu hardly ever gives away fouls, and I have seen a player get through, in on goal and get pulled back, tugged on by the last defender and fall over but still no foul.
Put all this together and add it to the fact that the online play is very bad (by my count only 2-5 outta every 10 online players I have come across are honest players. I have came across players that just wanna mess about and make bad tackles the whole match, and a few that must have hacks as my plays have done some weird things like score OG's outta the blue and tackle thier own players. I think for the first time ever (and I been playin since FIFA 96') I am gonna trade in my game for PES 11' that is unless there is a snappy patch to right all the wrongs.
I left the Difficulty at just right because it is neither hard nor easy just frustrating.
