Insanity never felt so good.

User Rating: 9.5 | Far Cry 3 PC
"Do you know the definition of insanity?" No, but you might know after you play this game, and you will also know just how fun Far Cry 3 can be.

Graphics: The graphics are simply amazing considering it is an open world environment. Every structure, animal, person, and river is detailed. The graphics help to immerse you into the game, allowing for a believeable environment and creating a dangerous atmosphere.

Sound: No complaints here, just be cautious when you here a cat roar behind you! The sound is carefully constructed, placed, and is appropriate. Each animal, each person, and each weapon is matched with the correct sounds. O, and so are the explosions. All of these combined with the music helps draw you into the world, making you be wary of where you step next.

Controls: Great-ish. The ground and sea controls are great, but the sky-diving and hang-gliding controls need improvement. Crashing is not fun, but not enough to ruin the game. Otherwise, the controls are responsive, and do not hinder gameplay.

Enjoyment: Personally, I enjoyed this game a lot. I put in over 20 hours for the main campaign alone; while most games only last around 10 hours now. I have yet to play the side-story co-op campaign, but have heard it is awesome, lasting about an additional four hours. When it comes down to it, you will enjoy this game, maybe just not the animal attacks.

Score:

Graphics: 9.5/10 - Awesome, but can encounter slow fps or glitches rarely.

Sound: 10/10 - Great sound, but maybe more variation on the pirates.

Controls: 8.5/10 - I can't fly...or I die.

Enjoyment: 10/10 - Hours of fun and great story.
