Excellent two-player game-like Pac Man with firepower, collect coins to purchase temp. upgrades and complete the level.

User Rating: 10 | Opa Opa SMS
In this excellent game you advance from level to level, with a decision of which level environment to begin, collecting coins that you can use to upgrade Opa Opa and/or Upa Upa.

The music varies from level to level, and provides an undeniable distinguishing factor for each level.
Inbetween levels you are graded, and shown the next level.
There are bonus levels as well, where you collect coins in a dark maze for use in purchasing power-ups during gameplay.

Upgrades show up as a round area with an image representing the power-up, which range from projectiles, to one that engulfs your character in flames and allows you to both travel faster, and eradicate enemies along the way.
The effects of the power-ups are temporary, and after using one it sometimes takes a while for the power-up to respawn, provided you have enough cash to use it again when it does so.

Anyone who owns a Sega Master System should keep an eye out for this classic, whose gameplay style is a great deal changed from SMS' side-scrolling Fantasy Zone title.
