Bottlecaps rarely generate when collecting resources

I have about 38 rooms in my vault and 38 dwellers, i collected from all of my upgraded power, water, food, medbays, science labs, and not a single bottlecap was generated, then about 10 minutes later i collected from them all a 2nd time and still got nothing some caps, then i collected a 3rd time and got only 150 some bottle caps. This is a very irritating problem. If this game would at least generate bottlecaps with every 3 collection of resources, ect i would rate alot higher. It should not take 76+ times to generate bottlecaps when collecting! Note: i am aware you can go into the wildlands to find bottlecaps bit i have no dwellers on coffee break to semnd any out. Note 2: due to the lack of bottlecaps being generated when collecting i cant make more dwellers because i cant upgrade or build more resource rooms, otherwise i would have to much upkeep for my resturaunts and would halve a low food supply (this also goes for my water) Note 3: im aware you can sell stuff Note 4: im also aware of 'leveling up' dwellers i mean i have a level 15 dweller. If bethesda would make a simple update that would increase the chances of bottlecaps being generated when collecting from rooms, id gladly rate 7 or 8. I mean, i find this game addicting. I enjoy the game. Its just the caps that are my main problem.
