Good fps with poor rpg elements.
GTA game in fallout universe instead of new fallout game.
PROS
+ Huge Map
+ Building up settlements
+ Lots of upgrades for equipments.
CONS
- No tutorial.
- S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system is weak and poorly for a Rpg.
- Inventory system exhausting.
- Main story is linear.
- No flexibility for your main character.
- Side quests are all same and limited but can quotable infinitely.
- Concept faults. ( It's 3000 more than 2290 for tech. advancement. )
