After sinking 30 hours into this title I am not quite sure how I feel about it. The game consists of you being a commander of 1-3 troops in which you take with you through a serires of battles. You are allowed to choose between 2 protagonists and each character has a different story to tell. Each mission area conists of a few battles for your warriors to fight through. the combat consists of button commands for each of your units and your commander. after each battle, you are faced with a desicion in which will affect you and your units.

Good:

the battles are very engaging and at times require a fair bit of thinking to come through skirmishes alive.

highly replayable. there are different things to experiment with and along with this there is also somewhat of a hardcore mode that will put your wits to the test to make it out alive.

Bad:

the gameplay can get very repetitive very quickly. at times it feels simply like a button masher in which you wait for your character's ap to charge and then continue mashing their corresponding button.

content is very limited

Conclusion:

this game could have been great but fell short in many aspects. although i did enjoy it to an extent it just felt as if it was lacking something important. it is not a bad game by any means. i just feel it could have been better.
