It wasn't very long ago that i was in EB games trying to find that next game. After countless times coming away empty handed my fiancee suggested F.E.A.R which at the time they have all 3 of them for around 30$ so I said why not I have heard alot of good about this game. Needless to say when I got home and popped in the disk I was automatically hooked. This is one of the very few games that made me jump which earns it automatic brownie points. The story is very solid and the entire atmosphere is very very dark. The enemy AI impressed me and gave me a decent challenge. The best thing about this game in my opinion is the advanced reflexes of the point man (Which makes it seem like the world is slowing down around him). While fighting the same enemy most of the game (Clones) seems like it can get boring this game managed to stop that from happening. The random "Ghosts" that the point man sees throughout the game adds to it horror value. The only reason this game doesn't get a 10 is because the graphics really aren't remarkable. Overall a great game in a great series. 9/10
