This game was cheap. In two ways.

Bought this on steam during the sale. Playing the first fear I thought I would love it. Boy was I wrong.

This game is beyond cheap. Peak your head out for half a second and you're dead. Since playing this, I have never uttered "wtf" so many times. After hearing gunshots for half a second, then being dead the next. And the power armor boss fights are beyond insane and rely way way way way too much on having to stun them with shock grenades. Gone are the days when you could out maneuver or outsmart one and take it down with a shotgun. With only an autosave "feature" that only saves at checkpoints and unbearable loading times...this isn't a game. Its a chore.

Oh, also. Not scary. Oh sure, it has its moments but its nowhere near the psychological horror that the original was. If you have a chance to pick up this game, don't. You'll thank me.
