You were manufactured to kill, born to annihilate and kick ass. Above all you are expendable. Shoot from the hip, daddy-cool. One of the launch titles, Expendable is reminiscent of the Mega Drive classic Smash TV. This no-brainer of a title involved jamming your finger to the fire button destroying everything in sight. Expendable is a suitable heir to the throne and is an all-out destruction fest and is a feast for the eyes. Impressive and mucho cool. What could it do wrong? Well now you mention it...the genre is repetitive and you won’t be playing it forever. This being the Dreamcast there is also a lot more to grab the interest like any other game in this issue. Fun but not worth £40. You should just demand a bit more in this day and age. It’s not terrible neither is it terrific. Worth picking up cheap and playing with a mate but nowt else. This is what the word ‘average’ was made for.
