Great Gameplay, If you enjoy hockey, you'll enjoy this game, guaranteed

The Graphics:I'll begin by the flaw(s), and a major one: The Graphics. The graphics are really scratchy and bad, you can see players puck handling THROUGH other players and a lot of other details like this. It's not really that bad for the gameplay, but It sucks when you see the puck in the goal and you're not awarded the goal. Another flaw: you can't challenge the calls; when you're sure the puck went in or when the puck go through the net to hit the board behind.

Gameplay: This game is perfect for everything except the graphics. Well almost perfect. The controls are easy to master even for someone who have never played a hockey game before, the 5 levels of difficulty are well separated and progressive, to ensure that if you start amateur, you can master hall-of-famer eventually by going frome one level to another and practicing, like the real thing. The only bad side of the gameplay are the goalies of your team. Whatever their stats are, be sure they'll suck in comparison of themselves in any other team you play against. Brodeur with is 95 stats in your team is easily worst then any 80-85 goaler. It can get really frustrating when the other teams scores from the red line or your goaler get out of the way of the puck from a little shot. It may be a way to ensure that we don't win to often. After two months of playing, I could easily win all my game in a season in the 4th level out of 5, if it wasn't from the goalie.

The sound: At first, the sound is good, then after a few games, the commentators still repeats the same line, and after half a season, you know all the lines. so i got bored with the sound and change the sound; I plugged my music in the "in" plug of my home stereo instead of plugging the playstation and the game wasnt the same, it was boring as hell, the sound is needed in the game.
