A big let down!
Graphics, controlling the sea battles, managing the territories overseas, the new government system, appointing the ministers are the good parts of the game but in general the game let me down.
The main reasons of my disappointment can be listed as follows:
1- AI is… (How can I put it politely?)….not clever at all.
2- AI never signs peace treaties even it faces a humiliating defeat.
3- AI makes illogical diplomatic demands
4- At some point during the game colonies at America suddenly disappear and become the mother countries' cities with no logical explanation
5- There are many bugs in the game.
6- You feel that this game is incomplete. You wonder nobody ever tested this game.
7- Patches don't seem to do any good.
My advice will be; uninstall this game, play Rome Total War or Barbarian Invasion.
