The Ultimate Analysis of the game.READ!Please....
1.It's the only game that I never get bored even after 8 years of play.
2.I like strategy games and this one of the best because mixes all ages, all types of troops and it has a very good game play.
3.What about the gameplay I love the square ground type.I mean this where the building "house" takes one square, the "barracks" takes four, tha tower one etc.It gives you better view of your building tactics because you know exactly where you build.
4.Graphics are very good for this game from the last decade and I think it was the first strategy game that you could zoom in.The explosions are good, sea could be better but it doesn't bother me at all.
5.Sound.They have done an excellent job with music and the effects are very good too.
6.Campaigns!! This is probably the best part of this game.There are four series of Campaign.
The Greek (which I enjoy especially because I am Greek).You follow the creation of city of Athens and its path through Ancient Times.You play thr Trojan War and you follow the steps of Alexander The Great.Each stage is perfect piece of history.
The English Campaign.From the very first steps of William until the Waterloo battle with General Wellesley at your command.A Campaign which introduce you the Middle Ages warfare but the gunpowder weapons too.
The German Campaign.I don't care if I am "The Bad Guys".Besides in World War 1 there was no Good and Bad Guy.
That's right.This campaign takes you to the sky with the experienced pilot Manfred von Richthofen and his plane "The Red Baron".However you play with the Nazi Army At World War 2 with your last mission to invade Great Britain.
The Russian Campaign is not exactly with history's blessing.It's a story of the future full of robots and laser guns.But a story so nice that it could be a movie.Help the Gregor to rebuild the Soviet Union and after his failiure help Molotov to save the world from the massive attack of the robots.
The campaigns made me love history so many years ago because there were so close to the true events and they cover every Epoch.
What about the battles Empire Earth follows the classic unit type in which every unit has its advantage to someone and his weakness to someone else.
Such as:

spearman
or
sniper===>bazooka===>tank===>sniper
or
frigate===>Galleon===>Battleship===>frigate
It's simple and it's the best way to organize your strategy.
Random Map is an interesting part of Single Player and you can also make your own campaigns with "Map Editor" and "Campaign Editor".
In conclusion either if you are a new in strategy games (or generally in games) or you are an experienced player you are going to love this game which didn't be made in one night for sure.An old time classic strategy games that give you the chance to fight with stix and stones,swords and bows,crossbows and catapults,cannons and muskets,machine guns and mortars,laser guns and rockets, to fight in the ground and the sea and the air in one game.
