Empire Earth : Art Of Conquest surely does justice as an expansion of Empire Earth

Well there is not much to be said about the game. The gameplay aspects are pretty much the same - Unit upgrades, Heroes, Morale, Prophets and about 15 ages to advance through. There hasn't been any significant improvement in the graphics however. The graphics of the game remaining the same, Sierra did well to introduce a few new civilizations. Also are added to the game 3 new campaigns - a Roman campaign (ancient), a Middle Eastern campaign (modern) and an Asian campaign (futuristic; in space to be precise. This is the only part I found hard to swallow). Like the previous game, it to allows you to zoom in. Also it houses much more cut scenes than Empire Earth which zoom in too often to be interesting. Also I found the bonuses for the civilizations to be pretty much useless. I also forgot to mention in my review for Empire Earth that I found the units in the future to be very funny rather than gritty cyborgs. Anyways the gameplay being as brilliant as usual, the game sure packs a punch as an RTS. The music and the backgroung score have been kept pretty much the same. However, in spite of all the new additions, Sierra could not do with this game what it did with Empire Earth 2, which in my opinion is the best.

However the final verdict is that this game is a must for anyone who liked Empire Earth as it will enhance their experience of the game. And for those who haven't played either of them, surely play both.
