WOW WHAT A BAD GAME.
1.Units. Limited amount of units, so small that in the barracks you can only build one or two units this makes for very boring game and no strategy at all.
2.Epochs (ages). they are horrifically designed and it is limited to only five ages, how bad is that! Empire Earth is famous for it's epochs.
3.Graphics. Oh dear god they are outdated and they look like cartoons, with stupid blood spilling everywhere then they die.
4.Sound. The sound is frustrating because every time (literally EVERY TIME) you click or move a unit it makes some lame joke like the camel rider unit "I am like a camels fart, silent and deadly" (audience coughs)
5.Game play. The most important part of a game is the gameplay, Empire Earth 3 fails it in every possible way. The game is incredibly unbalanced with horrible unit stats and minimal micromanagement, except with the horrible pathfinding, then you have to lead them out of places their stuck in.
6.Factions. Who the hell came up with the idea to add factions to Empire earth 3. Well i suppose it's not that bad in other games but the way the implemented in this one it is horrible. There are 3 factions. The middle east (Camel riders to Iraqi machine gunners, far east (Chinese spear men to screwed up biotechnology), and the western nations (Europe's knights to Americas lasers). If that sounds good its not. as i said before it's terribly implemented.
7.Animations. They are bad and many units use only one for attack and naval units chug along like snails and the majority of units have bugs and disappear.
8. Crashes. Yep, it crashes if there are too many units on your screen, if you give a unit a special order to a unit and for a vast variety of other things.
9.Pathfinding. It's like their blind.
10.Battles. They are boring and lackluster in every way, shape and form. you click on an enemy unit to attack and chunky animations and unrealistic damage and blood spills occur everywhere.
So do not buy this game under any circumstances (unless your a rich guy who wants too see how bad it really is).
