This is highly recommended. You won't find anything as interesting, innovative, well done and satisfying in other RTS games. Yes you will have to hurry and be everywhere at the same time, and get everything coordinated fast, and have limited resources to solve the problems, and tell every policeman, fireman, doctor etc. what to do, and find the hidden wounded before they die. You won't come sleeping through this game, like many stupid games - so if you are not retarded, you will have just enough to do to keep it interesting. And you will enjoy the fine graphics and dynamic traffic in the game. User interface is annoying but otherwise the game would have been too easy. So it's a balancing act. Don't expect anyone to act on initiative.
A great relief that someone made games with a different concept than murder, driving and push-button management. But it's still exciting, dramatic and stressfull.
