Do not buy this game. Period.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this game. The only credit the developers get is that the basic idea is cool. I like the era, and I like naval strategy. I am a big fan of Port Royale and Patrician. I guess I was expecting something in that alley.

What I got: A completely waste of money, time and expectations.
I would rather spend my time on old but good games in the same genre like patrician or Port Royale. The amazing thing is that this game, despite being published in 2009, offers no comparison to those old games.

Pros:
- Idea and concept

Cons:
- No strategy
- No realism
- No possibilities
- No FUN

Now, I wonder how they had me fooled like that. I am actually quite picky on the games I buy. Shame on them, and shame on me. The most ridiculous fact is that I actually preordered this totally wasted game.

  Just alot of fun to play, providing you have the patches and designers cut free add-on installed. EIC has alot to offer
