Yes, it is worse than the PS3 version in every respect, but I believe there's still a number of people who do not possess PS3 while a PS2 is working properly at home, you might liked this series for a while and would like to see a new sequel, if so, get this one, or buy a PS3, it's your choice to make.

Yes, there's problem with graphic, the solider are disappearing, and there's slow issue, but you will get used to it, and live with it, the graphic is not worse than OROCHI2, and that's the best they can do on a PS2.

Yes, it is repetitive, but the series is always about repetitive, if you like the series, then repetitive is not a problem, to tell the truth, I miss the mission system of samurai warrior 1 so much...

There's loads of movies in this game, and that is good, if you like some story of the history time (although these are faked story)

All in all, the game is...playable, and might be fun, not a nightmare of 4.0, it serves its purpose, and there's number of changes from the PS3 version, play it and decide it yourself.
