Might be the laziest DW production to date.
This is a much shallower game than it's predecessors. Strategy has never been very necessary and that hasn't changed. Attack everything when you have troops. You may never be attacked in a whole campaign. If the strategy cards have any impact other than restoring troops, it isn't evident. You are also limited in the number of troops/officers you can have. Becoming an ally is no longer an option. And don't look for cut scenes. This is ok if you're an occasional gamer and don't want to relearn control schemes whenever you pick it up. Battles don't take long and there are thousands of baddies to dispatch. The last truly enjoyable version goes back to dw2. Please Koei don't spend all your next budget on graphics. Hire some creative writers and designers and give us something memorable.
