If your looking for a solid title in the action RPG series, you should definatly give Dual Hearts a try. Its graphics may be alittle outdated for the PS2, but they aren't an eye sore and you won't have trouble looking at the game. The Graphics also have some originality, as they all reflect people's dreams. The overall gameplay doesn;t have too many problems, there are a few camrea issues every so often, but its nothing that will make the game unplayable. The attack system is quite simple, use tools or weapons found in either hand (the Square or Circle buttons) to attack, and solve a few puzzles. The one unfourtunate aspect is that you cannot switch your locked-on target, which only is a realy problem once in the game. You can also use your partner, Tumble, for things such as gainign your health back, or for attacking or hints on where to go next.. The sound is well made for the game, but can be a little annoying at times. there are no voice overs, but many RPGs have tried and failed, so this might not be a bad thing in this case. The game itself is short, but it is still quite fun to play. The gameplay is at times too easy, and too hard, the bosses are much harder than their respective level, and some seem just a little insane to beat, but with health healing ability, you should be ok, even in hard situations. the final boss also takes some skill to defeat, so the game isn't just a simple breeze. Overall, definatly worth at least one play through, maybe another to get things you've missed before.
