I guess I'm what some people might call a creative person. I write stories, I act in independent short movie productions, I'm a college radio D.J. who provides information about songs and the musical acts that play them, I draw, color, and paint various types of artwork, making me well-rounded in many areas of self-expression. Needless to say, this game was right up my alley, as I could come up with characters and creations of my own design! :D While this game might bring up the question of whether or not that the player enjoying the game is, in a matter of speaking, playing as a 'God' to the various computer-controlled A.I. characters; that doesn't change the fact that the game can be a real joy to play. The story itself is simple enough, a Raposa (little, furry creatures with pointy ears) village has fallen into darkness and disrepair after the Book of Life is stolen by a villainous man named Wilfre who has scattered the pages all around the world. A girl named Mila asks the creator (AKA the player) to help them out by creating a champion who can save their village. Players can either utilize a pre-made base, or really be creative and make a champion of their own design! By exploring 4 different areas, all with 4 stages and a boss stage except for the last area with only 3 stages and a boss stage, the champion can find coins and secret tokens to gain access to new abilities, creative designs, colors, stamps, and skills to aid in their battle to fight back the darkness and save captured Raposa who have been held against their will thanks to Wilfre. The Raposa the Champion rescues all have unique personalities and come in a variety of professions and traits. By playing and beating this game, the player gets a real sense of satisfaction because in a way, the player actually gets to put a creative part of themselves into the game! 8) In this way, the player gets to become an even bigger part of the game that was made for their enjoyment and satisfaction. I highly enjoyed this game and I highly recommend it to video-game players of all ages who enjoy fun and creativity! Enough said, true believers! ;)
