DBZ Shin Budokai is just like the other Budokai's
You choose your character
Unlock new ones in "Dragon Road"
Use all new moves, combos, and Super Moves
Create Profile Cards for Network Battles

Shin Budokai has a great story, great graphics, is highly addicting, and is very fun for gaming on the go.

Basically you start off fighting as different characters fighting Saibeman, then Freiza, Cell, Buu, and then a new character named Janemba.
