Any game that inspires gamers with a Marlyn Manson song has gotta be good right? Well obviously.

~Story~
The usual end of the world story. Depending on what origin story you choose, either the classical races of Human,Elf and Dwarf, they all lead into the game seamlessly. Either race sends you into becoming a Grey Warden, the elite soldier of Ferelden who is charged help thwarting the Darkspawn. Right after your recruitment, you're in your first battle, but things go wrong. Betrayal and Controversy surface as the king is abandoned by the General's soldiers and his death is branded on the Wardens. Though you survive the battle, you must ally yourself with everyone possible, to bring down the General, and form alliance with all people and races of Ferelden, to stop the Darkspawn from taking over.
*City Elf, Roxors.*

~Gameplay~
People who had played Knights Of The Old Republic know how this plays, but for those who know nothing of this, then a quick explanation is in order. You will travel to many places and encounter many different races and people. When you speak to others, you have 3 to 5 lines of answers or possible questions you may choose. Depending on what you say, may decided the outcome of your allies or your enemies, your profit or your losses. For example, Some elves want you to kill the werewolves, but the werewolves tell you that the elves made the curse that made them this way. Side with the wolves and you gain them as allies, side with the elves and you gain them as allies.

Fighting. Oh ya, you saw the commerical and the gruesome blood. 10 to 1, you loved it. Now you must learn how to fight as a Grey Warden if you want to survive. Your character can have the fighting styles of Warrior,Rogue and Mage. Each have their own different distinctive traits and strengths. Also, they can have specialties from being a Assassin or a Berserker, these will also offer up passive and active skills. Weapons and armor are all different, though you will encounter the same skin from time to time. Each skill has a remarkable animation for it and also you will perform a "Death Blow" when an enemy is close to death, resulting in either a flashy sword move or a brutal decapitation.
* When you take someones head off, you just have to yell in glorified triumph.*

~Visuals~
It seems that Bioware pulled the Kotor graphics out, buffed and shined them, and glazed them in HD. Definitely an amazing turn out. The environments are authentic and show their individual architecture. Character models show life and their mouths match their dialogue too.
*Anyone liked Morrigan's ....Character Model.*

~Audio~
Audio is great. The music never gets you annoyed as it isn't horribly overplayed, and the ambient music is top notch. Character voice overs are amazing. Each character has their own individual voice and personality that seperate each other.
*Alistar is the best Charater ever."I dont like you, your a bad bad person."*

~Replayability~
It's definitely there, if you want all the achievements I mean, But I rather replay it to get the best of the both worlds. Played as a brutish warrior? Play as a mystical mage or the stealthy rogue. Make different decisions, new outcomes, new allies, it's all there for you to redo it everytime.
*Dwarven rogue? Sounds like a joke, but it's possible.*

*Summary*
Dragon Age Origins thrusts us back into the KOTOR gameplay we all loved.Though we don't have lightsabers, I think we can suffice with giant swords and bulky armor.
