This game is just like tetrix but here you have to kill viruses using pills. You have like rows and columns and you have to blow them all. You can make alot of combos and the sounds are really funny(you even laugh). I don't know why it is called Dr. Mario, it could have been called somehting like The killer pills!!! No i'm just joking. With the NES controller sometimes it gets kinda annoyed but its more funny cuz more viruses fall in and you have to do it faster. This game is an instant classic!! You will get addicted very easy to it but beware that if you don't like this kind of games you will not like this one.
