Easily one of the greatest games... ever.
There is so much to do in this game, the main storyline has a huge amount of levels, and there are meany secrets to be found.
I always preferred playing as Diddy, as at the time he was the newest character in the Donkey Kong family, and he was more flexible I thought. I recently set up my SNES, after finding it hidden in my spare bedroom gathering dust, and I've enjoyed every moment of it (except from trying to set the thing up, damn cables tangled everywhere). I have a very large collection of SNES games, and DK Country has to be one of the best I've ever played.
I'm afraid this review won't be very long, but the base lines of this is to state that Donkey Kong Country, in all its glory of its time, is one of and still is the favourite of my time, so it deserves a 10/10 on my ratings. I'd like to think anyone with the SNES would agree with me, but for anyone who has never owned or even played the SNES, I would highly recommend getting this as one of the games to go with it!
