Although all the elements for a proper RPG are here, it somehow doesn't work out.

While playing this game the desire for more loot and skills kept me going through the end. However having finished it I realized this was not an satisfying experience and I will never come back to this game.

Not that this is a bad game it just isn't a great game. The skill, ability and enchant item system is elaborate but too much hassle to fully utilise. And most choices you make you can't change later on or the price is too high. So my desire for the God like items and skills was never satisfied. On the contrary I did regret making several "wrong decisions" in upgrading weapons and skills.

The ability to take a dragon form is a nice feature of this game. But it is a pity you can't attack the ground creatures as a dragon. All this fire-breath gone to waste.. The ability to mind read seemed like a nice concept, but in the end in only meant saving and reloading al lot of times and a continuous additional effort to balance between experience points invested for a mindread and benefits gained.

The graphics and design of the game are pretty good but not great. The sound is on the same sufficient level.

If you are really a fan of the genre this game will keep you busy for some hours. If you are not a complete RPG die hard, there are better games out there.
