Far better than expected.
The design, the lore, the acting, the characters (and more); all of it leads to an immersion in their reality and never let's you out of character. Decisions have more impact than previously thought and have implications (if you allow "medicinal drugs" *wink, wink*, do not give orders that allow rangers to enter, just trust me on that, you won't regret it).
For management fans this is not a good game, it is a "must buy" game. And believe me, if the developers managed to make such a pearl with reduced budget, imagine what they can do with the support of the gaming community. I, for one, will support them.
