It's a difficult game, but, it's a fun platformer to revisit every now and then.

This game is made for 5-7 year old children, but the difficulty is too intense for young gamers. It's a fun platformer with responsive controls, but the hit detection is a bit screwed up. I.E, in the level where you must defeat Buzz at the petrol station, he does a huge spinning attack. Regardless if you are the best gamer in the world, it's impossible not to get hit, if you get just a little close to him, you will lose a life. Other than the difficulty and the petrol station level, it's a fun game. Normally, movie games suck, (like E.T on the Atari) but this doesn't, it follows the movie well. The game has variety, there's a 3-D level where you go deep into the crane machine to save the alien toys, normal platforming levels, a level where you get to ride Rex and a level where you use the remote controlled car to knock Buzz out of the window. If you see this in your local game shop, buy it! Believe me, you'll thank me a lot.
