"When there's trouble you call DW". The terror that flaps in the night hits the NES.

"Darkwing Duck, when there's trouble you call DW". Disney's best animated show is fun, clever and also signifficantly darker than other Disney series, so what about this game? Is it any good? While not as good as the Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers games or the DuckTales games, it's certainly better than TaleSpin, like that's really saying a lot. It's actually surpisingly hard at times and especially in the boss fights. These bosses are all known from the series with one exception, Wolfduck wasn't a villain, Darkwing was Wolfduck in the "Monsters R Us" episode. The end boss in the game? Steelbeak. Yes, not Negaduck. In fact, Darkwings arch nemesis isn't even in this game. Why don't they just give us the finger on screen and shout F*** You to all the fans? Negaduck was badass and it would be awesome to fight him. I'll make this short, the game is decent, a bit too difficult at times, some uninteresting boss fights and little variation. Buy the DVDs instead.
