To start off if you are not a fan of strategy rpgs then don't buy this game. If you are you will absolutely love this game. It is filled with dozens of maps for you to fight in and the level cap is huge: 9999. It really gives you the feel that your characters are always getting stronger. Even after you beat the game there are still a lot of things to do. Like going to the item world, doing the optional maps, or just getting stronger. The only downside is theres a thing called geo blocks which are really annoying. Hardcore strategy fans will love them but more mild players like me might get confused. That said if your a fan of strategy rpgs definently get disgaea. A word of warning though, the optional maps are very hard and you'll probably have to level grind for hours to beat them. The story is very good though being silly and funny but in the end teaching an important lesson. There is a wide variety of character classes and so there are a lot of choices on who you want to fight on the battlefiels.
