Diablo 2 is one of those games where you can pick up and put down whenever you have time. That's not saying it's not highly addictive, though. Swathing a path through enemies hardly ever gets boring. The great part about Diablo 2 is that it is a two faced game. Though both the single player and multiplayer are the same campaign, they are both very different experiences. Single player is fun, but bashing monsters with your friends is the best :D

Pros:
-Addicting gameplay
-Fast paced combat
-^^^never ending combat
-many different areas to uncover
-Great musical score by Matt Uelmen
-Dated graphics still pretty

Cons:
-If you're a stickler for graphics, you will be disappointed (despite the fact they're pretty)
-Can get repetitive/boring after a while
-Most players online are level 99, and don't accept new players(why I recommend Lan, which Diablo 3 sadly will not have D:)

Either way, get this game :D
