I am and always will be a fan of God of War, my favorite saga alongside Metal Gear and The Witcher, but it is undeniable that Devil May Cry is the father of Hack 'n' Slash, the genre that I have the most fun in games , It is very good to cut enemies in incredible combos, Devil May Cry revolutionized a lot, in 2001 with very good gameplay and excellent graphics, good storyline and a badass protagonist that is Dante, the game has a very high difficulty, there are moments in Devil May Cry is one of the best games of the genre, and undoubtedly is the father of the genre hack 'n' slash.
