A one of a kind experience

Dante is back and he is back with a bang. DMC never looked so good. After an abysmal performance in DMC 2, DMC 3 really shines.
The game is pretty much between normal and hard and could get a bit frustrating to new comers. Sound is crystal clear, thanks to Dolby Digital, and graphics are just as good. A real letdown is that no real cinematics have been put in the game as watching Dante performing insane stunts on high definition videos, would have been good. An average gamer should take about 10-12 hours to beat the game.
The best part about DMC has to be the stylish weapons, combos and styles in the game. Chaining combos is simple, but requires quick thinking as well. You start off with 4 styles and unlock 2 more as you progress through the game.Trickster, Swordmaster, Gunslinger and Royal guard are the styles you start off with and each style has its own special feature. Trickster is for those who want to speed up things a bit and get around more quicker, call it being more “agile” if you may. Sword master deals with with high combos and attacks performed mostly by your melee weapons whereas Gunslinger deals mainly with ranged attacks. Royal guard is probably the most difficult style to utilize but if mastered, the gamer becomes nearly immortal.
DMC 3 is an outstanding game, and thank God Capcom learned their mistakes from DMC 2 .
