This expansion pack is basically a patch and update to the original Descent 3 and adds in a new ship, the "black pyro". But it doesn't add anything to the single player game that was worth its original asking price. You can pick it up in the bargain bins now-a-days for 5 to 10 bucks. If you can find it for that then its definitely Ok. But Descent 3 is an Ancient game by now, almost 5 and six years old. First person shooters because they are easier to play squashed out any type of game like Descent, which requires good reflexes and DEEP understanding of true 360 degree movement.
