It does Deadpool justice, and is a must have for anyone who evenly remotely likes his character.

I never write reviews, and after reading gamespots miserable review of this game I felt compelled to write this. The gameplay is basic, nothing new from the tried and true hack-n-slash platformer, which is not a bad thing. Its executed very well, copies the mechanics of basically every single decent game of this type there ever was. I fear any game which does not reinvent the genre gets a bad review.

High Moon Studios does an excellent job on Deadpool, and a mediocre job on the rest of the cast. In my opinion, this is a fair trade off, being that the title of the game is DEADPOOL. His comments are everything from comical to cringe-worthy. Like I said, Wade would be proud. In fact, he reminds you of it as much as he can.

The camera angles and lock on function for gun combat could have been executed better; they are not as reliable as they needed to be. Weapon advancement was good, if uninspiring. Combat was adequate, nothing spectacular. Deadpool was flawless throughout.

I do not like the bad press this game is receiving. It is unfounded and unfair. It is a good game, soaked in Deadpool awesomeness. It is great for any Marvel fan, X-Men fan, anyone with a slightly sick sense and a must for Deadpool Fans.
