Call me York, everybody calls me that.

This is a complete and absolute throwback to the horror classics of the 90's. It makes you relive the days when it was you, maybe a couple of close friends and Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Alone in the Dark, and Dino Crisis. The visuals and sound are nothing at all to be impressed by, given the xbox 360's capabilities, but for such a true gem to come out of a tiny company and only 20 bucks??? Its unheard of, and I just love it. The comedy in Premonition is just hysterical and pitch black. You play the FBI Agent; agent York or rather the voice in York's head; Zach. (York talks to himself, or rather he talks to you, Zach) and your on a murder mystery. Simple yet awesome to see such a basic plot become so convoluted and twisted as you play the game. The combat and the parts around it are fun, the creatures you fight do this creepy phase-walk thing when you point your flashlight at them, it will kill you. The only annoying part of the game is the quick time events, they aren't very well displayed so you might die just because u didn't see it, but it is more then just "press X... ok its over now, your safe again". The characters are very interesting and its lots of fun to investigate them, oh and by the way the game is amazingly detailed. Not necessarily visually detailed but my god this has such concern over the little things, for example if you spend your time taking the game slow and going through the side quests then you will grow a beard unless you shave in your hotel bathroom. Fantastic, a great nostalgic game and at such a cheap price their is no reason not to indulge in this masterpiece.
