I almost missed out on a game which is exactly what i look for in a video game!

Dead Space provided me with two days of utterly pure and intoxicating gameplay. What i mean by that is me, being nailed to the sofa with my eyes gazing at the deeply disturbing space and the secrets of Ishimura.
I followed some fellow Gamespotters and bought this game (having disliked it during my 30 minute demo experience). I am so lucky and glad i did that. It turned out to be another game that will stay in my collection as "having passed the test of the evil EvilSelf" Ha ha

Story
Very engaging story, good twists, very enjoyable. 8/10

Graphics
Very, very good. Impressive i would say.10/10

Sound/Voice Acting
Great ambient sounds, creepy atmospheric levels and great voice-acting. 10/10

Gameplay
Solid gameplay, i liked the RPG elements as well (weapon customization, stores etc.) 9/10

Overall
This game is amazing, and i am sure you would reference it every time you have to compare two horror sci-fi shooters. To me, i could hardly wait for the second one to come out. Hard to believe i skipped this game for so long. I can't forgive myself enough. 9/10
