A horribly overrated game that SUCKS.

WOW! Just what the hell are games getting to these days? They give you cool cinematic trailers and give you a crap game. A lot of games these days I notice mostly focus on the graphics and not gameplay. Like this Dead Rising 2. Dead Rising 2 has some nice graphics, but hardly has any story, and has crappy gameplay. Sure it's fun at first to cut down a load of zombies with just around everything you see in sight, but it will eventually get boring and repetitive. Bosses in this game give way too MUCH damage and WILL kill you in a matter of minutes. Common enemies that you see will constantly take cheap shots at you and come out of no where and bite you, taking away a bar of your life.
Capcom thinks that they did a great job on putting 1000s of zombies on screen at once, but sorry. Not impressed. It isn't cool trying to get through 1000s and 1000s of zombies to get to my next mission, only to have gotten injured and used all of my health so that I die on the next boss fight/regular fight with gun wielding @$$holes. The only mission that I even found enjoyable was the mission where you have to ride your motorcycle onto a speeding train to get to TK. The rest are boring and pointless.
Guns in Dead Rising 2 suck. It's almost useless trying to get through a hoard of zombies with a gun when you can just bring out a spiked bat and kill around five zombies at once, instead of five shots to kill one.
Dead rising 2 plays like a basic RPG, you kill; earn XP (PP in DR2) and level up. Leveling up doesn't reward you that much either; it mostly just gives you a combo card that you already discovered by your self and upgrading one of Chuck's attributes.
Over all, I'm glad I didn't pay the $59.99 price tag for the console version, but also regret buying the PC version because I can't return it. The vehicle controls suck, and the overall gameplay is just broken.

Pros: Fun (at first) to kill a whole load of zombies.

Cons: Everything else.
