If you can forgive doa4's punishing difficulty, you can find a amazing fighting game, but not as good as ssf4.

DOA4 is the sequal to doa3, which was a another awesome game, but this is a another awesome game. you can pick from christie, bayman, ryu hayabusa, jann lee, and my favorite, kasumi.
the controls worked good, and the moves are easy to learn via the sparring mode. the music is pretty good, and the graphics are amazing, even for 2005. the story is that helena took over doatec, and the mugen tenshin clan are angry over what they done to them (kasumi alpha kidnapping hayate, doatec capturing kasumi etc.)
the difficulty, is wow. the opponent just uses lots of attacks on you until your dead. and dont get me started with alpha-152..... she is just as cheap as rugal and shao kahn combined. with extremely painstaking attacks that will make you throw your 360 out the window. despite this, its a pretty amazing game. and buy it. :) but not for people who hate painful difficulty.
