DDRMAX2

User Rating: 8 | DDRMAX2: Dance Dance Revolution PS2
DDRMAX2 is a pretty good game in general. It provides multiple game levels including Beginner all the way to Challenge and in general is a good, fun way to work out. The songs are rated in difficulty from 1 foot to 10 feet and each has a different set of characteristics based on the bps and how often you jump and so on. The songs have a good rhythms and interesting backgrounds, making it something easily done for a long space of time. Furthermore, those who consider themselves experts can attempt game mode where if you aren't doing so well in a song, you fail. There are some downsides to this game. One of these have to do with the game mat. They have to be replaced pretty much yearly or else they start messing up the game. In my personal experience, it becomes harder to scroll through songs and sometimes the mat gets a mind of its own and starts scrolling when I'm not standing on it. Also, after a while it can get boring because you already know all the steps. But all in all DDRMAX2 is a fun game.
