Level 30 hero's review

I just hit level 30 which is the level cap last night and it was very fun and fast.

You don't have to grind to level up just keep doing the next mission or quest that pop up and you be fine. I solo the entire time as a ice/tank, hand blaster, flight hero.It took about 40 hours which is what the dev's said it would take. I only grouped to help people with missions I already did or to take on a bounty on a super villain that taking on solo is almost impossible.

The game has everything for everyone. If you want to group up and take on every mission you can, you want to treat it as a single player , 40 hour or so experience you can. It feel like a single player experience because there is top notch voice acting, action and story lines. There are comic book cut scences after every main boss fight just like in Infamous AND and can view them again and again from your menu screen.

It has Alerts that can have up to 4 player Co-op, which put you in these big maps to carry out a probably 30 to 40 min mission with multiple boss battles, leading up to a final boss. ( starting at level 9)

It has Duo where you and one other will take on missions. ( level 30 only)

It has PVP arena's which you can fight again's others, it also has a legends PVP ( level 6 and up) where if you want to fight as Batman, robin, Bane or any other famous character and get to use their powers and signature moves you can.

I personally love the music, from gotham city which sounds like a mix of the Movie Dark knight score and the animated batman theme. Metropolis sounds like music from the old Superman movies. When you enter buildings for missions the music matches the theme, scary undead bad guys music matches, wacky clown joker goons, wacky music.

Graphics look good, really good on your character and all the other players and the main NPC ( Superman, batman, Joker etc.). People on the streets look okay and building look good enough. Looks better than some regular single player games out there.

I think the battle armor for both Hero's and Villains looks AWESOME and makes me want them all. Dr. fates armor look sweet with wings of Fire and gold armor plated. This is where that MMO grind starts, in order to get these incredible Iconic armor, you have to be Level 30, have the cash (which isn't too much, about $700 for a Superman chest armor plate), and have these lengend points or symbols. you'll need 45 points to get let's say Batwomen's chest armor which will increase your defense, power, might and so on but doing the special after you hit level 30 missions only give you 1 or 2 points per mission. Going to be a long time til I get a full armor set, but I can't complain because I like the source material which is DC universe lore.

I've never put 40 hours into a game in 5 days ( I took my vacation from work just to play this game) so that should say how addictive and good the game is. It is going to cost $15 a month to play but, they've already improved some things in the game and will continue to add more content, updates and more for that price.I usually buy one or two games a month.....that's 60 to 120 dollars a month, now I will just play this and only spend 15 a month, so I WILL be saving money. If you like MMO's or Action/adventures games or Comic book story lines, DC comics, Infamous the game or the idea of a game that will continue to grow and add stuff, You'll like this game.
