I'm giving this game a 10 because as someone who gave up on Bloodborne, Dark Souls 3 is much smoother, realistic, and freakin fun! I love the challenge and the fact that you can CO-OP. A real fantastical journey indeed. Yes, I died over 20 times my first play, but boy did beating the first boss feel great! Difficult: yes > impossible: No. A must have RPG that is fun, tense and engaging all at the same time, esp.., if you're into fantasy and spells. Love it!
It may be intimidating at first, but if you play a lot of games, you can pick up the controls easily. It just takes some perseverance. It reminds me of the good old days of Nintendo and such when bosses and enemies were so hard to get past.
I did not like bloodborne as much because there did not seem to be as many "checkpoints" and the map was a bit more confusing. The combat was also more clunky and I could not choose a starting class like DS 3.
