A good action game that gives you some fun time.
Story:
This is where the game has a real luck of substance, the story isn't very original and you don't expect great revelations, and also there isn't much of it.
The games doesn't offer lots of cut scenes, or character background story, it almost seams like they knew they wanted to do an action driven game, but didn't know in which background put it.
Gameplay:
This is where you totally forget the story or even the lack of it. The game uses common ideas and things already seen in other games (like the use of elements like fire, ice and electricity) but they put them in a refreshing and very enjoyable way.
Their games goes around the idea to use a new sort of weapon, a boomerang. Maybe it seams stupid or even boring, but you can do interesting tricks, that you will discover on your own.
The great part is that not only you use the boomerang but you can use different weapons, from pistols too machine guns so you play with double action!
You also have great fatality moves, if the foe is near you, and there are challenging boss fights that give you a satisfactory feeling when you take them down.
The A.I. Is good and just in some occasions really dumb, but nothing too complain, just good.
Graphics:
The general atmosphere is great, and also the graphics are good, for some reason the game didn't allow me too play at my normal aspect ratio and it was set in 800x600 (but maybe it was just my problem) but never the less I liked it very much. I also would give a standing ovation for the camera, it was just perfect for such an action game, I would like to see something like that more often. Also the effects are very good, and in some parts really different from other games, in a good way.
Music:
The sound effects are excellent and the music is in tone with the game and pleases your ear. Also some enemies do really creepy sound that make you chill if you play in a dark room in the night.

Overall I liked this game very much, maybe it isn't perfect and some things could be more polished and detailed (like the black market where you can buy new weapons) but it is an excellent action game.
I had some great action fun and if you find it for a small price, it is worth the play.
