Dark and Light (2006)

Great Game..Needs Work

I have played the following MMO's:

Everquest 1 & 2
UO
SWG
DAoC
AO
CoH
CoV
WoW
Horizons
Asherons Call 1 & 2
Vanguard

I have to say Dark and Light is underneath all the bugs and incomplete coding a fantastic game. The sheer 15,000 square miles is breath taking!

The fact you can fly mounts early on in the game is another wonderful addition. DnL reminds me alot of old school Asherons Call , which imo is/was a fantastic game.

The graphics are ok, but graphics do NOT make a great game. Yes the game is riddled with bugs, but the game is playable. When I log in, I really feel I am in a beautiful and enormous world.

Honestly I think this game has a chance to be one of the greatest MMO's out there, it does however need some heavy re-working and clean up.

Hell right now its free to play, download it and give it a spin, if you enjoyed Asherons Call 1, you most definately will enjoy Dark and Light.

The game could have a bright future and hope it makes it.
