Dante's Inferno for the Sony Playstation 3 is about Dante, an Italian solider, who was murder during the Third Crusade, where he enters the Gates of Hell to find his beloved Beatrice, his deceased fiancée. As he journey deep into hell, he fights bosses and until the end where he was forgiven for his sins and return back to the surface. The gameplay in Dante's Inferno play exactly like God of War series, where you press the square button to attack with the scythe and pressing circle to use the holy cross, there also magic that you can use to help you defeating and a kill move where you can punish or absolve a enemy/dammed which allow you to increase the level of you scythe and the holy cross in which you need souls to buy ability for Dante. Dante's Inferno graphics are pretty good and decent as the character and landscape are unique. The sound in Dante's Inferno is good for the game as well the music. Overall, Dante's Inferno is a good game that is close enough up to God of War series in terms of gameplay and extras might be a different story, but it's worth a try.
Gameplay: 7- Play kind of like God of War series but with a scythe and a holy cross.
Graphics: 8- Decent character models and backgrounds.
Sound: 7- Good voice acting and music.
Value: 7- Dante's Inferno play very similar to God of War series with limited weapons to select but it has magic that you can use to your advantage and some extra game mode for you to play.
