There's no way that this game can pass as anything other than horrible. Gameplay, what little there is, relies on cheap minigames. The main storyline? Some cat plays pranks on dalmatians, the dalmatians trick the cat into getting stuck in a mousetrap, they somehow end up as slaves in a dog pound, and then escape in an extremely underwhelming chase scene.
Nothing syncs up, the animation sucks and the voice acting doesn't match. And I forgot to mention, that big cutscene with the pound and pranks and chase? It lasts 45 minutes, and there's nothing to play, you just watch dogs choppily move about as random voices say things that don't relate to what's going on.
This is one of the worst games ever made. Just watch Caddicarus' review. But with a foreign, cheaply made game made by a publisher that surprisingly isn't popular with bad game reviewers, which by the way, relies on marketing the games as Disney tie-ins, this game by Phoenix software proves that Phoenix, though strangely unknown, is the Vídeo Brinquedo of gaming.
