CyberTiger is not only flawed figuratively but flawed literally also. CyberTiger takes arcade like golfing to the extreme on this one. Also, a lack of variety in this game will make you lose interest even quicker. First off, this game does show some positives and even innovation. The power-ups amd rapid fire mode are good in theory. Power-ups such as adding extra strength or extra accuracy are always available. Also in modes such as rapid fire there are attack power-ups like tornadoes. The rapid fire mode is really a race and actually seems like it would be quite enjoyable if not for the flawed game. The first problem is you can control the ball while in the air. It may sound cool but it is clumsily controlled and actually makes the game far, far to easy. It makes it possible to get a hole in one on a par 5 even without a power-up (believe me i've done it)! Which is what mainly hurts the power-ups, they are completely unneeded. The rapid fire mode is also boring because you can always go right to the green. Also there are only three courses and four players. No variety at all! The next problem is it uses the dreaded password system. Finally the game was shipped with a horrendous bug, the game gets confused at times between the difference between feet and yards (it sometimes puts 6 yards for 6 feet, vise versa). In conclusion, if you want a golf game for the GBC get the unbelievable Mario Golf.
