My stand point to review this game is that this is a 2007 game ported to console. Nonetheless, It is a short great game
I haven't completed this game before because I haven´t a powerful PC to play it. Decent PC's that I could play in 1080p in Medium setting. So I have never gotten entusiastic on beating the game in that condition.
I decided to play this game because I puchased the Crysis 3 and for pre-orderned it, Amazon gave me a code to download this game.
I started to play it and in less than an hour I got 4 achivements, I played another 2 hours and I almost got the the middle of the game, and in a few hours later I was almost in the last mission, so I could say that I beat the game in one sit.
It is a short game. But, my main impression is that this game was developed to show hardware potential more than a game that has an storyteling. However, It is seen to change given the following two installments that made a great step in that area.
This game is good on Xbox 360, graphics are not so good as PC, and there were some episode that frame rates seem to be very low.
So, as I has beating Crysis 2 and I am soon going to beat Crysis 3, it is a good deal to beat Crysis.
This is not a perfect game. It is too open to the way to complete the mission that makes you well like Rambo some time, because you can go through the enemies unseen, press a botton and then running to escape from them.
In Normal difficulty I died several times, because you can die with a few shoot from the enemies. So, it sometimes is frustrating.
Good Bosses, good sci-fi core story, good graphics, normal gameplay, normal overal story. Need better cinematics and better suspense.
